About the Federation
Cricket, for Every Corner of Tamil Nadu
To promote and develop the game CRICKET for men and women from grass roots level in Tamil Nadu and India, and provide the right opportunity — official cricket, good cricket grounds, cricket wear, shoes, cricket gear, cricket coaches, physios, trainers, and doctors — to Government Schools, Street, Small Town and Village cricket players from poor backgrounds and backward areas of the country.
To organize State Level Seminars on cricket and to set up a State Cricket Academy, along with state-level Umpires, Coaches (Batting, Bowling, Fielding, Scoring), and Physical Trainers / Physios in Tamil Nadu. To establish cricket grounds across Tamil Nadu.
To maintain General Control of the game of cricket in Tamil Nadu, with reference to its rules and regulations, and to seek International and National affiliations instrumental to the development of the game.

General Control
To maintain General Control of the game CRICKET in Tamil Nadu, particularly with reference to the rules and regulations.
Promotion
To encourage the promotion of the State / District / City Organizations for development of the game and affiliation to the federation.
Participation
To secure participation in national and international Championships. To promote, control and if necessary, finance visits of foreign teams to Tamil Nadu and the Tamil Nadu team to foreign countries.
Bring Out the Best
To bring out the best out of every child and to ensure that the future of the child does not suffer due to any constraint, financial or physical, in any regard and in any manner.
